It is one of the key factors to keep the sustainable development and erect the competitive core for corporation by founding and consummating a fine mechanism of employee's cultivating and management.However,in the national-owned power supply corporation,the cultivation mechanism cannot adapt to the demands to a great extent which was influenced by the traditional mode.Corporation in Chengde city,Hebei Province,China.Based on the concrete condition in the dispatch center of power supply corporation in Chengde city,this paper analyses the major problems in the mechanism of employee cultivation,revise and regulate a more appropriate training system which are consistent with the present situation.In addition,the frondose alternative-station plan is proposed profoundly which could develop potential excellent employees for the power supply corporation on the basis of improving the professional standard. |
