In recent years, the rapid development of China's real estate, real estate investment and rapid price growth, promoting China's economic development has become an important industry.The paper, in Tangshan City, South Lake eco-city project investment decision-making case as the research object for the proposed development of eco-city project has done a systematic study of investment decision-making to explore.In order to correctly analyze the eco-city project in Tangshan City, South Lake's investment feasibility analysis of investment decisions overall content of a scientific design.In this study, first an overview of South Lake eco-city project were introduced, and thus have a clear understanding of the entire project and complete understanding;Second, the systematic analysis of Tangshan City real estate market development status and trends, so that the whole of the market feasibility analysis to make clear judgments; again, in the market analysis, market positioning based on the analysis, a clear market focus;Finally, the entire South Lake eco-city project planning to assess the investment decision-making analysis to determine the overall design of the structure.Through this case study, a larger extent, solve the issue of South Lake eco-city investment decision-making, due to investment in the future earnings has not yet taken place, there will be greater uncertainty, the project also has a greater risk investments. In addition, the author also through case studies, to improve its own ability to learn, analyze problems and problem-solving abilities, and related operational capacity. More importantly, also to learn from the MBA course the knowledge applied to practice, to achieve a combination of theory and practice better results.
