Research On Accelerating The Development Of Textile Enterprises In Xinjiang

Along with the economic reform and opening in China,the manufacture of textile has achieved a rapid development.It has become an important breakthough in exports of China.At the same time,it has made important contributions for the growth of GDP.Also economic and social prosperity can not be separated from its development.As a par of textile enterprises,the textile enterprises of Xinjiang have made such prominet contributions on solving the employment and expanding export trade.At some certain extent,it has promoted the progress of the local economy. In addition,it has also nhanced the economic vitality of the Xinjiang region.However,compared with the east areas, the textile enterprises of Xinjiang are still in a backward stage of development. Both of the technology and products can not catch up with market trends. As the result it is unable to further promote regional economic development.Now,with the upgrade of the consumer's spending concept, the demand for textile products is on a yearly basis. The transfer of the textile industry and integration of world economy have provided a good opportunity for development of the textile enterprises in Xinjiang.This article points out the advantages and shortcomings of development of enterprises based on the study of the course of development of the textile industry in Xinjiang.While this article analyse the domestic and international economic situation and development environment,it shows what opportunities and challenges the Xinjiang's textile industry will be faced with on the current time.At last, based on the above reaserch,the paper has proposed measures and proposals on how to speed up their development.This measures include the following two points:The first point is how to make use of the advantages and improve the lack of enterprises,including not only playing a raw material and land advantage,and also the constantly improve their own,such as enterprise reform, enhancing the management, efforts to increase R&D, broadening marketing channels,etc.The second point is how to seize the opportunity and meet the challenges,including actively participating in global economic integration,meeting the cosumer concept and so on.As a province of cotton resources, Xinjiang should make a gradual change in the original economic model. It can develop the textile industry in Xinjiang, enhance the strength of their own, improve product quality, promote industrial upgrading, construct of the textile industry clusters, drive to revive textile industries of Xinjiang,and promote a comprehensive and healthy development of Xinjiang's economy and society.
