Study On The Group Incidents Caused By Land-lost Farmers

The Group incidents caused by Land expropriation have become the prominent factors which impact reform and development of rural areas. The central government has been set up the relevant organization to deal with it, which embodies the great importance by the state. Moreover, for some time, urbanization and industrialization will be the most important changes of China's System. So it will directly influence the rural stability and the political foundation of socialism if the rights and interests of peasants are not handled properly.The auther adopted mainly the mothods of norms-analyse, value-analyse and Others to discuss root of the Group incidents and the relief system, paying attention to it's blend of public and private, puting forward solovment strategies.The dissertation major consists of three parts.The definition, characteristics, nature and the impact on the community of group incidents caused by land -lost farmers were studied in Chapter 1. Why it has happened was analysied, and the conclusion has been drew that the root causes is of lack and weakness of system.In chapter 2, lack of basic system was studied which including collective ownership of rural land, land acquisition system and the lack of the right to relief mechanism.In chapter 3, The resolvent was proposed, including the selection of system change mode, reconstruction of the basic system, as well as countermeasure of weakness of system. At the same time, the author pointed the important function of the state in the competition of cilil and public right.The author tried to unscramble the group incidents by stand point of view Law, sociology, game theory and new institutional economics, in order to explore the resolvent from the system solution so that we can find a harmonious road to our urbanization and industrialization.
