Social Network and Social Capital are both hot spots to the academic study in the last two decades. And both of them are quickly penetrated into various fields like the political, economic, management and others soon after they are started to be studied.In the 20th century, 90's, when there was the emergence of social network theories, experts of the subject of intelligence at homeland and abroad were also soon aware of the research value of the theories of social networks and made it used for the research on the competitive intelligence activities and competitors, etc. So a theory of human intelligence network (HIN) was created.Human intelligence network theories with all its characteristics, such as dynamic, comprehensive, based on interpersonal communication and attention to the analysis of human dynamic, is surpassing the traditional intelligence theories which are based on the literature resources. Human Intelligence Network theories now have developed extensive research and applications.Although the research on social capital continued warming trend both by domestic and international experts, the theories is not mature yet. There are a lot of controversy can not be determined. The studies of social capital both at home and abroad focus on the basic theories and the definition of the concept, how to make use of social capital and access to scarce resources, as well as how the social capital works in the improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises and so on.In fact, many entrepreneurs have been aware of the importance of all kinds of forms of social capital for enterprise survival and development, such as enterprise systems, culture, trade marks, reputation, status, etc. The entrepreneurs are urgent need to improve the situation of their own social capital. On the other hand, many scholars have agreed that the social capital can be formed by investment with intention. But when it comes to how can a rational investment in social capital be made, what models of social capital can be the best for the certain enterprise, there lacks of systematic theoretical guidance.Thus, a lot of entrepreneurs know the importance of social network but can't find the right way to start with. Some set aside, and some have spent a considerable amount of time and efforts to design their own social capital programs, but can't reach the ideal goal because lack of the scientific method and "suit the remedy" program.Accordingly, the author studied the analysis way of human intelligence network and the feasibility of shaping the corporate social capital. Then the author tried to introduce a set of strategic theory of social capital. This set of theories help enterprises to explore the rational way to build the best social capital suits for itself.In this paper, there are seven chapters which are divided into five parts. All of the parts will discuss around the feasibility, operability, necessity, importance and methodology of science of the research of social capital by HIN theories.The first part is just the first chapter - "Introduction". This part will introduce the history and status quo of the theory on social capital and social intelligence network.The author will also indicate her view, a clear research purpose and methods under the theoretical background stated above. Finally, this article outlines the significance of the research and innovation.The second part includes Chapter Tow and Three. This part introduced theories of the social capital and human intelligence network. This part described in the accumulation path and effectiveness of the mechanism of social capital as well as the concept, the characteristics, types, composition of social capital and the HIN.The third part is just chapter Four. The main task of this part is make powerful demonstration of the relationship between enterprise social capital and human intelligence network. Strategy is the purposes of social capital; human intelligence network is the scientific tools to achieve the social capital strategies as well as the carrier of social capital.The fourth part includes Chapter Five and Chapter Six. In this part, author calculated the indicators of network, such as network density, network centralization and actor centrality as well as make use of the analysis software NetMiner to analyze the characteristics of the networks.This part introduced a set of quantitative analysis approach to analyze and build the human intelligence network. This HIN is outside of the enterprise and help the implementation of the social capital strategic.Enterprises can make clear of the specific situation of its own social capital, then find a suitable strategy for a particular business direction of social capital. on this basis, re-use of network theory of human intelligence network needs to identify the model, then form the proper social capital by building HIN outside and inside the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to provide a set of ideas and scientific methods for the enterprise solution about social capital "into what" and social capital "how to do it"The fifth part includes Chapter Seven - "Conclusion". There are three aspects concluded. First of all, it is the summary of the results and significance in the paper. Second, it put forwarded the inadequacies of this article. In the end ,the author looked forward to the direction for the field of intelligence and social capital in the interdisciplinary research for the follow-up Researchers.Main innovation in the following aspects:1, Using quantitative analysis and modeling methods when was analyzing and building the human intelligence network both outside and inside the enterprise.2, Studies of social capital nowadays pay attention only to the use of social capital but neglected the cultivation and shaping of social capital. This paper assert the use of HIN analysis and shape the form of corporate social capital. The HIN is to provide a scientific research tool for social capital study.3, When the experts and scholars in the area of intelligence is introducing human intelligence network theory, they are confined to the field of competitive intelligence. By the exploration in the paper, it provides a new way of thinking. the scope of application of Human intelligence network theory can be expand to a broader area.4, The formation of social capital itself is a long-term process of accumulation. It is necessary to make a long-term and proactive planning for a satisfactory results. Nowadays, global economic integration requires social capital becomes an indispensable strategic resource. The strategy of corporate social capital and means to explore not only to meet fierce competition in this market but also conform to the needs of the times.
