| Recently most of manufacturing companies took the customers'need oriented manufacture mode,which make the order as its basic subsistence,but because of the uncertainty of the environment,most orders of the companies are in changeable situations,and it is hard for companies to manage and execute the orders.Disruption management as a real time disposal disruption affairs method is mainly focus on disposing and managing regular interferential affairs.It constructs relatively optimized model and effective evaluation arithmetic according to the practice and the character of the interferential affairs,to help the decision-makers to carry out the optimized adjusted plan,after the interferential affairs happened.My article is based on the disruption management method,and takes minimized system disruption as its aim,and research on the order alteration which companies often meet in the production process.The main contains of my research paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the measure of the order disruption,I advanced the method to measure the customer satisfaction,the production cost and system disruption,also put forward the way to solve the problem.(2)According to the disruption measurement,I focused the problem on the preparation of the material,and constructed a disruption management model about executing changeable order.This is the core of my research.(3) Resolved this disruption management model,and made the rapid real time disruption management adjusting strategy come true.(4) Based on the disruption management model and evaluation arithmetic,I proved the effectiveness of my model and arithmetic through an example.The presented new method through the reseach of the disruptions of order changes is proved to be efficient in minimizing the impacts of disruption events, increase of the efficiency,reduces the drop of customer satisfaction and the rise of the costs.It beneficial to each enterprise. |
