In this paper,the family business full-time employees of the Pearl River Delta for the study,recovery through the analysis of the data obtained status quo of the social organization and job performance of employees in family business of the Pearl River Delta;on this based study on the demographic variables on the impact of organizational socialization and the impact on job performance;and then carrying out correlation analysis and regression analysis social organization and work performance for the family business employees of the Pearl River Delta,researchers confirmed conclusions were as follows:1,with the exception of marriage,job factors, individuals of organizational socialization and work performance of employees because of their different attributes show significant differences;2,the dimensions of social organization work-related with various dimensions job performance;3,the social organization and task performance in terms of the role of direction, organizational relationships socialization lead to task performance,task performance led to the social organization of human relations;for social organizations and the role direction of correlation between the job performance,the competency of social work and social organization of human relations,social organization of political and social organization of cultural co-lead to changes in associated performance.Finally, according to the results of this study was proposed the recommendations to improve the social organization and the job performance of Chinese family business.In this paper using a questionnaire-based,observation and interviews as a supplement,a combination of three methods to investigate a number of family businesses,95 employees,this article study the social organization of family business on satisfaction with reference to the short Minnesota type scale,and using the scale of Qian ying development includes four dimensions in the social organization of family business;the formation of job performance scale primarily on the basis of Scotter and Motowidlo research on performance will be divided into task performance and associated performance,referencing scale of Xie Jinshan,YAO Li-xia development, on this basis,amended through interviews,factor analysis and finally includes the formation of the two dimensions of job performance scale.
