With the rise of economic globalization and the knowledge-based economy,the current competitive environment of Chinese enterprises has shown the typical characteristics of dynamic competition.In order to better participate in global competition,we should improve the competitiveness of enterprises from different levels.Many enterprises began brand war,marketing war and technological war etc. But failed to do enough attention to the enterprise culture.For enterprises,building an active and united corporate culture is an urgent need.It can not only bring considerable economic benefits but also bring unexpected social benefits.Improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Commercial enterprise culture reflected a more prominent.It is connected with commercial business management and affect each other.It has a major impact on the survival and development.This thesis will start with the achievements of Weifang Department Store enterprise culture.Analyze how the enterprise to improve its competitiveness.And use the corporate strategic management of the basic theory.Hope to have some help for the similar enterprises.This thesis includes five chapters.Begin from commercial enterprise cultural characteristics,economic function and social function to describe the business enterprise culture in improving the competitiveness of enterprises in details.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and case demonstrated to describe the function of the enterprise culture on its competition.Show the competitiveness from culture with a lot of figures,surveys,charts and form a reasonable conclusion.This thesis is aimed at the use of the various enterprise management theories and closely connected with Weifang Department Store corporate culture.Describe the function of the commercial culture fully and provide enterprises with a possible of reference.At present the study of the commercial culture is little.There is no theoretical system.This thesis made a full and scientific research based on Weifang Department Store business groups.Has a significant theoretical innovation and practical guiding significance.Penetrate the enterprise culture into the social culture.In the promotion of social civilization and progress,create the enterprise image,realize the win-win of enterprise development and social progress.This is another novelty of this thesis.In the last chapter.it gives a conclusion that commercial enterprises must create a distinctive corporate culture.It is an inevitable choice of improving enterprise competitiveness.
