Research On Etsong Machinery Company YP18 Case Packer Project Cigarette Logistics Management Mode

Establishing the automatic logistics system is the focus of technological development in tobacco manufacturers during "10^th Five-Year Plan","11^th Five-Year Plan" and period of time in the future.It will be able to integrate the material flow with the production management,to achieve integration and automation from procuring,manufacturing,transportation to storage.And it will increase the overall level of production capability,enhance the enterprise core competitiveness.In this paper,the ideas and solution of cigarette logistics system is put forward on the basis of theory and practice.In particular,the logistics mode of the folded cycle case packer system will promote the cigarette logistics process automation.This logistics mode is a cycle process,including the carton transported into the folded cycle case packer by carton transporting system to be packed into case carton,the case carton transported into stacker by case carton transporting system,the case carton palletized on the pallet by the stacker and into the finished product automatic warehouse;then, the case carton transported into commercial enterprise warehouse distribution center through the vehicle,the carton sorted out of the case according to customer needs;the end,the folded cycle case back to industrial enterprises to reuse.In order to reduce the total cost of logistics in tobacco industry,improve the operational efficiency of logistics,further speed up the process of integration of the logistics in tobacco industry and trade,on the basis of the shared resources of logistics,the subject of research and development of YP18 folded cycle case packer to promote the application of the folded cycle case should be further explored in the tobacco industry. This subject will effectively integrate logistics resources,reduce the total cost of logistics,to improve the utilization rate of logistics resources,thereby enhance the competitiveness of the tobacco industry as a whole.On the basis of project management knowledge,taking the literature search method, logical reasoning,system analysis and combining methods of theory and empirical studies,this paper researches modern logistics of the tobacco industry,and analyzing the application value of the logistics mode of the folded cycle case packer system.
