On The Evaluations To Railway Transport Project Of Out-of-Gauge And Overweight

The out-of-gauge and overweight goods is usually with the characters of oversize and overweight. So the requirements of the transportation safety are stricter, and the organization is difficult and is related to many departments. So it has special significance on the development of the national economy, especially on the infrastructure and national defense construction.In this paper, we got the characters of out-of-gauge and overweight goods, expatiated the high-risk, high cost, complexity and the influence over the ability of the transportation, and analyzed the factors of affecting transportation.
