When a corporate faces of opportunities and challenges, in order to achieve the established objectives, the corporate adopt strategy to reset its effective production function and adjust it as it can based on its strength and weakness. Corporate strategy is the overall and long-term plan for future development, and it is the banner of the way forward. In order to survive and develop, occupy and expand their market, enterprises must make the necessary strategic planning. After several years of rapid development, the market of real estate of China has grown mature. However, the sub-loan crisis of the USA brought the global financial crisis, that made the whole real estate industry suffers a lot. Out of expectation, Shaoyang Jixin Real Estate seems to survive the catastrophe. Since the second half of 2007, the nation started to take macro-control, such as tighten the money supply and all real estate companies were difficult to live. Fortunately for Jixin real estate there is no bank loans, and houses were all sold out. So there was hardly any effect for it and it's an perfect chance to expand itself. Thus the new suitable strategy is needed when Jixin decided to show the substantial. The purpose of this thesis is comparing the environment inside and outside and makes a strategy for Jixin Real Estate.First of all, the paper introduces the background and explained the significance of this study, reviewed the theory development of strategic management and put forward the main research contents and research methods of this article. Secondly, on the base of thorough study of Shaoyang Jixin real estate company, the paper analyze the environments outside and inside and take the SWOT analysis tool, get the result that the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Jixin Company. Then, the strategic objectives are made out through analyzing Jixin real estate company's corporate mission and goals. According to the strategic objectives, a variety of strategy programs are proposed. And finally select the most reasonable strategic programs in accordance with relevant assessment criteria. At last, this article discussed the implementation of the strategy. The process of implementation of the strategy may encounter difficulties. After the forecast, the corresponding support measures for the implementation of the strategy are proposed.According to the result of SWOT analysis, the author proposed the reasonable program suitable for its development that taking the usage of its strength, madding up its weakness surrounded the complicated environment.
