The EmPirical Study Of A Rural Tourism-led Developing New Rural Reconstluction

New rural reconstruction is now a major measure for our country to carry out the scientific concept of development and build a well-off society in an all-round way. On the analysis of combining theory with practice, new rural reconstruction brings about new opportunities for rural tourism development which is an effective way to build a new rural reconstluction. This paper summarizes the research in domestic rural tourism in promotion to new rural reconstluction and foreign examples about how rural tourism helps rural development. Then it makes an analysis according to the five new rural reconstluction specific requirements , and sums up the advantages and problems of rural tourism, drawn from the case of a rural tourism program named "Joy of village living" in Shangwang village, Changan District, Xi'an in Shaanxi Province. At the conclusion, it discusses about the solution of the problems based on the development of rural tourism and new rural reconstluction according to "Joy of village living" in Shangwang village.The full text consists of five parts:The first part is the background and significance of the study, research methods, related concepts and researches in China and abroad.The second part focuses on the mechanism of the interaction of rural tourism and new rural reconstluction. First of all, it makes an analysis on the interaction between rural tourism and new rural reconstluction; The second study of rural tourism and new rural reconstluction should be how the new interactive integration.The third part is the main part of the paper. It make the case study on "Joy of village living" in Shangwang village from five aspects of the requirements of the new rural reconstluction (production and development, well-off life, moral civilization, cleanness of the environment, the democracy of management).
