| The viewpoints of rural community and the rural new community have been studied systematically with concerned scholars in this article.It was pointed out that the rural new community construction is the core of new rural reconstruction.As a case study,the author took the village Xiajialu of Simen town Yuyao County to conduct a new rural reconstruction plan.The content of the plan consists of village physical construction,economic development, social enterprise,Political development and so on.In economy development,the author suggested the village to develop the sightseeing agriculture.Several suggestion to implement the plan was given in this paper. |
