Main Problems With Our Country's The Concept Of Scientific Reward System And The New Ideas To Solve

At present, countries in the world are making great efforts to strengthen the scientific reward system, how to build a more perfect system of science and incentives to become our first and foremost problem to be solved.At first,this paper simply introduces the concept of scientific reward system. As opposed tobin contrast to the concept of scientific reward system abroad,it deeply expounds main characteristics and problems with our country's the concept of scientific reward system now.There are three headings of the reasons which including history,society and the system belong to Merton.
