Research On Housing Guarantee System Of Yingtan City With Middle And Low Income Families

Along with the progressing of housing gaurantee system reform,the market mechanism has already started to permeate to the housing realm,performing a basic role in allocating housing resources.For the internal and external limitations existed in the market,the middle and low income stratums usually show insufficient paying ability.The economical and suitable housing(ESH),low-rent housing and the system of housing accumulation fund are important components of the current urban housing social security system,and were helpful to those problems.With previous theories and demonstrations,overseas experiences,this paper starts from the practical conditions of the development of our housing market and the construction of housing gaurantee systems,on the basis of public management theories,welfare economic theories and housing category supply theories.It chooses the representative housing systems of the following countries such as America,Britan,Singapore to compare and analyze.The basic conditions,tendency of house buying,payment ability of medium-low housing of yingtan city have been analyzed statistically in this paper.It points out the ponderance of difficult housing problems of the medium-low and existed material problems,and gives some policy suggestions which can be used for reference.
