Base on the nature characters of method,this study attempts to explore the laws of forming,cultivating,and promoting core competence of construction project companies by the key great influcing factors.It sums up the agents of the project engineering is decisived factor in restricting core competence.When the company is growing up;the operation mechanism is the leading factor in restricting core competence;when the company is developed into the greater organize to finish complicated tasks,and we would better pay attention to create mechanism among all ones.To our excited this study sets up a series of models to show internal changes. When scales of organize is less than others,the agent of the project is linked result of mangagent with a line pattern,the action goes ahead,the result from works gets better; when scales of organize is larger,we would find the agents is not only direct factors,the real factors is the operation mechanism,their relation between mechanism and result is expressed by curve chacters,and this study give a case about Beijing Zijin engineering project mangagement Co ltd.According to the action of controlling 3 period project engineering continous,the text analyses above the important point similar.From those pratice the quality also pushs the core competence ahead and geers up it to meet devolopment of the companies in order to finish grearer goals.Base on this we find the leading factors with the different development states,and improve existing situation.we should find the essence of the relation,it is a an effection between the intern key factors and the important outers.The interns plays an important role with outers;as we know,a great deal companies don't pay great attention to quality of engineering in general they always want to speed up finishing existing engineering projects in order to turn these into profit,quicly a great quanties of engineering always shows many questiones,long time later the face of the mangagement companies get worse and worse,so the quality of engineering must be stricted with any project not only for core competence of company,but for the nation,for the people.We should control the quality of engeering during the course of construction actions to run every managers and all construction actions well.
