| With the reorganization of the telecommunications industry, and the release of 3G licenses in 2009, tremendous business opportunities are created for the manufacturers of communication power. As communication power manufacturers, the corporations can reduce cost and improve market responsive sensitivity from co-operation with their suppliers. However, during the cooperation, if manufacturers over-rely on suppliers, or suppliers have opportunistic behavior, great risks would be brought to communication power manufactures (CPMs).The theory of risk management, supply chain risk management and supplier management were used in the research on suppliers' risks management (SRM)of CPM in this paper. CPM's SRM system was set up by identifying, accessing, and processing the risk form suppliers, so as to give a feasible management method to reduce and avoid suppliers' risk for CPMs.As for the communication power industry, the specialty of purchasing materials and the focus on communication power that customers concern were fully analyzed to find the source of SRMs' CPM. Suppliers' risk was identified by using cause-and-effect diagram, and 5 types of factor and 23 elements of the suppliers were fixed. Then experts' marking method and fuzzy evaluation method were used to access the suppliers' risk to design CPMs' Suppliers' risk accessing procedure, sequence. Suppliers' risk tackle method and strategy was also given in this paper.Case study was conducted by choosing a communication power manufacture. Three important suppliers of the selected two strategic materials were chose for risk level accessing. Tackle measurement was designed the according to the supplier risk accessing results. |
