China's telecommunications industry has entered the era of the whole business, the three leading operators are busy at present to carry out more basic network or re-building. For operators, full-service business, after all, is not a simple binding, but also depends on the operator from the front to adjust the overall background. The purpose of this paper is that in the whole business of how to proceed with the integration operator and marketing.Integration of the global telecommunications industry has become the main trend of the current, full-service telecom operators is to promote the importance of moving toward integration engine. The face of the entire business operations of this new stage of development, different operators as a result of the resources, capability, development of different transition models will be different, but all operators are opportunities and challenges.
