| Modern project management normally was regarded as the beginning from 40's of 20 century as Manhattan Project for atomic bomb research in USA. But the project management mainly localized in some fields as national defence and spaceflight etc before 70's of 20 century. With the frequent change of global economic environment, the boundary of traditional enterprise is becoming more and more blurry, more and more enterprise operation is managed as project, which is regarded as Enterprise Project Management. This enables project management is applied more widely. Especially with the information technology developing fast, modern project management came into being its own knowledge base and is spread world-widely as an important subject and a special enterprise management. Based on the implementation of project management, it aims at upgrading working efficiency, saving resource and exalted enterprise's competition. As the key factors of enterprise's success, product development is the critical parameter of enterprise core competition and it is an investment combining opportunity and risk. To achieve competitive excellence through new product development, enterprise should strengthen project management of new product development to fulfill the task with high efficiency. This thesis firstly analyze modern project management theory and relative theories of new product development, then expatiate product development process and project management core knowledge base and discuss the methodology of implementation and control based on the enterprise's standard operation system"ACE"and the author's working experience on project management.This thesis mainly focus on the study of product development project management practice based on the enterprise's standard operation system"ACE"so as to achieve maximizing the customer's value and increasing the customer's satisfaction. All these study is intended to be helpful to the domestic enterprises who are promoting project management. |
