The Empirical Research Of Coordination And Governance Of Eco-tourism

Eco-tourism is one of the main issues of global tourism industry. More and more people realized that eco-tourism is industry,which high interdependency on the environment, a good natural environment and ecological system are the foundation of survival and development to eco-tourism, is the promise to achieve sustainable development of eco-tourism. Deterioration of the ecological environment directly cause a decline in the tourist quality environment, pose a threat to the sustainable development to eco-tourism.Hunan Province is rich in eco-tourism resources,good mix of resources and eco-tourism developped rapiddly, which have the resources advantage to devise eco-tourism collaboration areas, However, there are some problems to the practical aspects of eco-tourism in Hunan Province: First, many people lacked awareness and understanding to the eco-tourism's meaning,they thought that eco-tourism was merely to nature; second, a number of tourism enterprises weaked environmental protection awareness ,they are quick success and instant benefits, Employees lacked basic knowledge to ecological protection, tourism residents gain little or no benefit from eco-tourism; third, there are many prominent problems such as lacked planning,over-exploitation and indiscriminate construction; Finally, lacked the necessary governance system, there are no positive interaction to government departments,tourism enterprises,practitioners,tourists and tourist residents, these can not ensured that put a portion of eco-tourism income in environment protection.This paper, under the guidance of drawing on research results at home and abroad and the sustainable development theory, introduced the regional economics' division theory and method, make collaboration division to the eco-tourism in Hunan Province, carved out six eco-tourism cooperation areas, integrated the collaboration areas' resources, and optimized the resources environment of collaboration areas, promote eco-tourism even the economic and social development in Hunan Province. Introduced the city governance philosophy to the situation of loose and scattered governance in Hunan Province, fully and rationally governance on eco-tourism collaboration areas in Hunan Province, proposed corresponding governance measures to the main benefits of collaboration areas. Which have reference value to promote eco-tourism development in Hunan Province.
