| In the current increasingly competitive market,how to maintain the competitive advantage of the enterprises and make it in the long-term invincible position has aroused wide attention from scholars.A growing number of scholars in the study has found that only if enterprises look at the,value of products and services from the customers'point of view and the customers'perspective will they obtain long-term enduring.competitive advantage.This value is not determined by the enterprises,but perceived by customers,that is,the so-called customer perceived value.The previous study deals with more of the relationship between the customers'perceived value and the impact of customer satisfaction than the combination of customers'perceived value and a certain field or enterprise.At the same time,with the increasingly fierce competition of the real estate market,more and more developers have started to realize importance of market demand concept oriented by customers.Based on the fact that customers'perceived value is so important to the real estate industry,the paper aims to appraise customers'perceived value in real estate,that is,to explore customers constitution indicators of real estate,and set up evaluation system from the perspective of customers.Based on valuation system,customers'perceived value in real estate is studied and identified o find out the problems of the real estate business in real estate development and management.Meanwhile,measures to solve these problems have been put forward.According to the research into the customers'perceived value in real estate,real estate companies can make a more profound understanding of customer needs and guide enterprises in the composition and upgrading of value thus increasing the value of real estate clients,and enhancing the competitiveness of products of real estate enterprises In this paper,the results of research can help the real estate business,better identify,acquire,and provide customers'value.Real estate development enterprises are expected to be oriented according to the customers'demand and gain a certain degree of economic efficiency on condition that they meet the values the customers'require and create a good social image which finally achieve social,customers' and corporate"triple win". |
