Content:During the 21st century,China's economy becomes integrated into the global market.Various sectors in China have opened the door to the world..It is inevitable to meet the great opportunities and tough competition.As a new Industry,China's travel agency industry cann't avoid it.If ravel agencies in China want to overcome a variety of problems because of its premature.They must compete with foreign-funded travel agencies and walk into the international market armed with advanced management theory.Putting theory in practice and upgrading the indusrty.In this paper,it studies introduction of advanced Western management ideas during China's travel agency industry transition process of restructuring.From a historical height,it starts to consider trade management innovationf in China's travel agencies..It aslo considers the pecific circumstances of travel agency industry to analyze things.It discusses innovative practices in terms of three aspects:the internal management of innovation,brand strategy innovation,enterprise innovation culture,it put stress on training staff and improving the system in terms of three aspects:training team, optimizing the system,upgrading the quality.Finally,it extend itself to the international field of vision,it describes the favourable conditions for China travel agency industry into the international market.It aslo draws bright development prospects for China travel agency industry.
