Analysises On The Influencing Factors Of The Urban Poor People In The Process Of Employment And Interfering Policies

Poverty is almost an eternal challenge for all mankind, and urban poverty is a world-wide problems. Since reform and opening up, along with the sustained rapid economic development and social progress, China is rapid growth in income. But at the same time, with the economic structure adjustment, widening gap between people's income, the urban poor groups surfaced gradually and gradually formed a large-scale groups. The existence of this group, not only seriously affected China's economic and social sustainable development, but also the impact of China's social stability and progress factors. Therefore, how the huge support of the disadvantaged groups so that they gradually change their disadvantaged position in society has become a hot issue of research scholars. Poverty group is the market and the globalization process and adversely affect the interests of persons, means to solve the problem of poverty must be diversified, and employment is the people's livelihood is the income of workers, the basic way to improve their standard of living as well as the urban poor disadvantaged groups to change their own situation and the status of the most important ways. In our country to enter the building a well-off period, the Government has set up a compensation mechanism, but to help the poor social support system of the result is not significant, poverty groups, social support system should create a just social value of ideas and more humane way.Method of fuzzy mathematics is applied to the urban poor employment factor in the analysis because the use of methods of fuzzy mathematics is to study and deal with the phenomenon of ambiguity of a new branch of mathematics, which"fuzzy set theory"as the basis, provides a handle uncertainty and inaccuracy of the new method. In this paper, previous research on fuzzy mathematical results, combined with an analysis of survey data a number of urban poor families affect the employment of factors, at the same time, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the employment impact of low family factors analysis, by constructing the urban poor employment impact factor model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the use of fuzzy mathematics theory under the impact of the urban poor to employment of qualitative factors into quantitative evaluation of the evaluation. The results of the analysis on comprehensive evaluation points out that the urban poor people's bearing capacity of psychological is very fragile. In the process of supporting the poor, we neglect that they also have self-esteem. Except economic assistance, humanistic care is also very important.
