China has more than 8300 million persons with disabilities, involving 260 million family . Persons with disabilities is an important member in our society.They are particularly and in need of help. From the founding of the PRC, China's cause of disabled persons to obtain a comprehensive progress, the survival of the disabled population and development have been significantly improved. welfare-oriented social welfare work, and gradually developed into including rehabilitation, education, employment, poverty alleviation, social security, culture, sports and human rights, the construction of a barrier-free environment, the field of disability prevention and other social undertakings comprehensive.
