The Evaluation System Research Of Shanxi Enterprise Informationization

With the high speed's development of computer technology, network technology and information technology, informationization of enterprise is just carrying forward into depth and scope. But to avoid blind investment and cut down the risk of informationization 's investment,informationization of enterprise must be evaluated,which not only can guide enterprise to aim directly to solve questions in building informationization,and enhance core competitive ability of enterprise,and improve economic profit and social profit, but also can help government know exactly current situation of informationization of locality ,and make correct information policy. As the development of the informationization , In Shanxi ,enterprises are actively heightening level of informationization of enterprise. However, because its level of informationization of enterprise stays in primary stage,this paper chooses Shanxi enterprises as the research objects to make some research. The following are the major research methods and conclusions:1,This paper introduces the connotation of enterprise informationization, the sense of it, and its contents. Then, research about evaluation of enterprise informationization at home and abroad and the model of it are brought up.2,Based on characteristics of the Shanxi enterprises and the evaluation index principles, we constructed a set of the enterprise Informationization synthetically evaluation systems, which includes 4 second grade index and 27 third grade index. the evaluating index system of Shanxi enterprises informationization is constructed from such four aspects as basic facilities: base informationization, technology informationization, management informationization , and its profit.3,Considering the advantage and disadvantage of objective and subjective methods, in this paper, we acted combination of two methods as the evaluation method, that is, combination of Analytic Hierarch Process and Principle Component Analysis.4,After building evaluation model of Shanxi enterprises informationization and dealing with data which we got from 595 enterprises in Shanxi in 2005, we analyzes the informationization level of every enterprise and average of each area, each industry, Shanxi. The top 20 enterprises about informationization, top 10 enterprises of four basic facilities are also summarized.5,This paper puts forward some measures to improve the level of Shanxi enterprises informationization and heighten economic Profit and societal Profit from six aspects through considering the characteristics of Shanxi enterprises and the results of evaluation .The six aspects are:(1) STRENGTHEN APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY INFORMATIONIZATION;(2) POPULARIZING INFORMATIONIZATION OF CORE OPERATION FLOW;(3) DEEPEN RECOGNITION OF ENTERPRISE INFORMATIONIZATION;(4) MAKE GREAT EFFORT TO RECONSTRUCT TRADITIONAL INDUSTRY BY INFO(5R)M AMTAIOKNE ;M UCH OF TRAINING AND INTRODUCING PERSONNEL;(6) PERFECT THE CONSTRUCTION OF INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT.6,We design the compute evaluation system of enterprise informationization by PowerBuilder. With this system, we can easily get the result after imputing relating data, which greatly reduces hand-operation and ensures correctness of result.7,THERE ARE STILL SHORTAGES IN THIS PAPER, FOR INSTANCE, IN CONSTRUCTING EVALUATION SYSTEM. THAT IS THE RESEARCH DIRECTION IN FUTURE.
