| Along with the market economy development and the rapid development of travel industry,the problems of the environmental destruction stand out increasingly.The problem focuses on the conflict between the high-speed development of travel industry and the lack of the laws for the protection of the travel environment.The actual laws have few articles on the protection of travel environments,and at the same time,we have no special laws for the travel environment protection.It has restricted the healthy development of the travel industry,it becomes more and more urgent to build a complete and effective legal system to maintenance and protect a healthy travel environment.This article made some analyses on the current positions and trends of the travel environmental protection,and described the conflict between the travel industry development and the environment protection, and indicated the problems in the travel environment protection in our country.It tries to bring forward some new opinions in the point of view of the law by making some analyses for the deep-seated reasons of the actualities.It makes some abecedarian discuss on how to build and consummate the travel management modes and consummate the current laws.On this condition and using the foreign legislations and correlative measures on the travel environmental protection,this article brings forward the assumptions of completing the laws and codes on travel environment protection and building a scientific system of environmental evaluation and a system of leadership responsibility,in conclusion,the aim of the analyses is to search a new way to develop and protect the travel environment and to promote its harmony and sustaining development,it also tries to put forward some referenced advices to build the environmental responsibility system and to accelerate the effective protection and benign circulation for the travel environment. |
