Township-Village Enterprise: Micro-economic Foundation Of New Rural Construction

Solving the Problems about Agriculture , Rural areas and Peasantry(PAR), steadily promoting the new rural construction , is to liberate and develop the requirements of the rural Productivity, is related to something big of the people's livelihood and country. How to resolve PAR issues? How to promote the construction of new socialist countryside? Academics have different views. This paper will intend to start Township-Village Enterprise(TVE), reveal its unique role and the mechanism to new socialist rural construction.The logical arrangement specifically: In introduction, first of all, defined the TVE's connotation and extension, followed by the scholars'review about the TVE's role in new socialist countryside's construction ,which is a basis for following. Chapter II, from the perspective of the requirement of new rural construction , in the basis of the new rural construction goals and content as well as route choice, pointed out TVE is appropriate and in line with the new countryside'goals and paths, is a unity of the objective choice, is the micro-economic foundation of the new rural construction, and make it as a argument. Then next two chapters as an evidence: Chapter III through analysis to the history, Cite statistics, study TVEs'past contribution to the PAR issues , and Conclud : TVE not only played a very important role ,but also will in the present and future will become a more tremendous characteristics in the new countryside's construction .In chapter IV , applicating economic theory and mathematical models, further reveal township enterprises'mechanism and path to the new countryside construction. Finally on the basis of the analysis of the former, proposed a number of constructive suggestions, looking forward to it playing more fully role in the new rural construction.
