Mass customization keeps low production cost and fast delivery time, while meeting individual customers'needs, which makes it necessary for enterprises to improve the flexibility. The paper combined mass customized production pattern and enterprise flexibility, and analyzed the essential factors and appraisal method of enterprise flexibility facing mass customized.The main research work is as follows:(1) The rationality of mass customized competition strategy was analyzed.By studying Porter's general competition strategy theory, the paper analyzed the rationality of competition strategy of mass customization. In the environment of the economical globalization, the mass customized pattern combined the diversity and the low cost. The individuality demands of customers were satisfied by"customization", meanwhile"mass"brought the low cost products, so enterprise obtained the better competition status for the low price individuality product.(2) The essential factors system of enterprise flexibility facing mass customization was put forward.According to the Characteristics of mass customized production pattern, the indexes of enterprise flexibility were put forward, including developing design flexibility of products, manufacture flexibility, market competition flexibility, risk flexibility and enterprise management flexibility. These indexes were subdivided twenty-two measurement factors. This also is the appraisal index system of enterprise flexibility level.(3) The fuzzy synthesis evaluation model of enterprise flexibility facing mass customization was structured.On the basis of AHP method, the fuzzy synthesis evaluation method was selected for appraising enterprise flexibility level facing mass customized. In view of the five essential factors of enterprise flexibility level, the fuzzy factors set, appraisal set and weight set were established, and the computational method of membership function were put forward. The fuzzy synthesis evaluation model of facing mass customized enterprise flexibility was established. |
