Analysis Of Project Performance Appraisal Based On Strategy

Modern Project Management appeared in 1940's,its system of theory had been mature during the past 50 years. Nowadays the information technology development in high speed and the life of products are more and more curtailed, so the enterprises should face the highly changeable market and the seriously competition. Project Management had been used in all of the industry fields as a useful management theory and skill.When connected with Strategy Management, it make all the projects functioned based the Strategy of enterprise. So it has brought a deeply change in the enterprise's operation, such as the structure of enterprise, the HR management in the enterprise. Certainly the old model of Project Performance Appraisal is no longer fit it, because of the unilaterally measurement and the lack of directions. Then how to make a new system of Project Performance Appraisal based on strategy becomes a most important problem.The object of this thesis mainly focuses on the relationship between enterprise strategy and Project Performance. By studying the theories of Strategy Management, Performance Appraisal and Project Management, the thesis has listed some problems of project performance appraisal in the practice. The chief chapter of this thesis is building up a system of Project Performance Appraisal Based on Strategy. It has three subsystems, the dissolution system of strategy, the information pass system and the feedback system. These three subsystems connect to be an opening circle, so the system of Project Performance Appraisal Based on Strategy can help the enterprise win in the competitions. And it was my pleasure if this thesis could provide any help in the future analysis.
