The Operation Mechanism And Empirical Study Of One-stop Supply Chain Management Services

Competition in the 21st century is no longer the competition between enterprises,but the competition between the supply chain.In order to adapt to the needs of this competition,the implementation of supply chain management has become an inevitable choice for enterprises. For enterprises,excellent supply chain management means:saving transaction costs,reducing procurement costs.reducing inventory,shortening cycle times,improving labor productivity and product quality,and then to increase the enterprises' revenues and profits.In this context,responsing to the changes mentioned above,many enterprises which provide supply chain management services emerge.Among them,Shenzhen Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management LTD.is a successful example,which provides one-stop supply chain management services.So,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the reason of its success and operation mechanism.First of all,this paper summarized the supply chain management and outsourcing of non-core business,then pointed out the current lack of research in supply chain management services.On this basis,we defined the concept,characteristics and the value of one-stop supply chain management services.Secondly,this paper analyzed the reason of the appearance of one-stop supply chain management.This article focuses on the research of operation mechanism of one-stop supply chain management services.Finally,the paper carried out an empirical study in Shenzhen Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd.,and extracted the successful experiences in contrast with Integrated Distribution Services Group Limited.
