The advent of the knowledge-based economy means that the new wave of industrial revolution has been a hit.High-tech industry is the leading industry in the knowledge-based economy,new technologies and new business models brought about by the upgrading of the industry.Through describing High-tech enterprises contracts in mathematical way,we know the entrepreneurial spirit is the essence of the development of high-tech industry;entrepreneurship is the fundamental forces in the high-tech industrial development.Related studies have shown the performance of the entrepreneurial spirit in the way of "innovation in small eco-" and collective learning mechanism.High-tech industry in China has not really formed this innovative cluster mechanism.Through the macro-micro mechanism of the high-tech industries to explain the operation of the process,analysis revealed that "the system more important than technology". The high-tech entrepreneurship is affected by the Macro economic factors such as market environment,policies and resource.In this paper,we use the data of 21 cities in Guangdong Province to analyze the phenomenon,cluster analysis showed the important variables of High-tech industry have significant differences among the various regions;At the same time,the dispersion coefficient map shows that the gap in different regions is in a further expansion.Empirical measurement show that the differences of inter-regional resource endowments,levels of economic development and economic policy are the major impact factors to affect the high-tech entrepreneurship,and the impact factors have the existence of significant difference in different areas and period.
