A Study On Regional Economic Development Strategy Based On Industrial Cluster

As a main international economic phenomenon in last thirty years, the industrial cluster has become an important force of driving regional economic development. More and more countries and regions have regarded the industrial cluster as an important strategic mode of industry development, pulling regional economic development and driving country industrialization and urbanization, and an efficient scheme of settling "big enterprise fault" . This article introduces the basic theories of the industrial cluster. And then analyzes the role of the industrial cluster in regional economic development systematically, expatiates on the content of cluster strategy, compares which with traditional regional economic development policy, and reaches a conclusion that industrial cluster strategy is efficient in regional economic development. As the application of theory, this article studies the implementing of cluster strategy in adjusting and rebuilding the northeast old industry base, analyzes the advantaged and disadvantaged condition of the northeast old industry base in implementing cluster strategy, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
