The world has entered the era of knowledge economy and the traditional physical capital is not the only focus of competitive among enterprises, knowledge capital increasingly plays a more important role in the economic growth and enterprises'competition. As the owner of intellectual capital, the position of knowledge workers is also becoming increasingly important in the enterprise. With the growing competition of modern enterprises, the demand for knowledge workers and the importance of the enterprise are increasing. Therefore, choose and use a good of knowledge workers is important for enterprise, while increasing the performance of enterprise knowledge workers to improve competitive advantage is an important means. In organization, the psychological contract in the knowledge workers play the role of connection between individual employees and organizations, as a psychological link, the work of knowledge workers will have more or less impact of on psychological contract.In order to explore the relationship between the psychological contract and employee performance in knowledge workers of state-owned enterprises, this thesis analyzes from the perspective of psychological contract, and then described the concept, characteristics and structure of psychological contract, and then review the job performance, the content and characteristics of knowledge work. Based on theory and research status of the relationship between the psychological contract and job performance, the paper established assumptions and the theoretical model. Through the collation and review of the literature, the paper design the scale of psychological contract and employee performance for knowledge worker, and then do predicted and actual research respectively. Helped by SPSS, AMOS statistical software, the paper used structural equation modeling to analyze the research data. And get the final conclusion. The results show that:(1) the different individual characteristics of knowledge workers in state-owned enterprises had different effects on the psychological contract; (2)the psychological contract of knowledge workers in state-owned enterprises can be divided into three dimensions:transactional, relational and developmental, and the job Performance can be divided into task performance, contextual performance and adaptive performance of the three dimensions; (3) the employee performance of knowledge workers in state-owned enterprise were positively correlated to the psychological contract; (4) the employee performance of knowledge workers in state-owned enterprise were positively correlated to the three dimensions of psychological contract; (5) the three dimensions of employee performance were positively correlated to the psychological contract.
