Investigation On The Status Quo Of Passenger Transportation Cooperate Image Of Chongqing Railway

Since reform and opening up and the development of market economy in depth,the monopoly place of the railway in transportation industry has shocked violently.With various transportation modes becoming more and more mature,the situation which the railways are facing is increasingly serious.Only to constantly enhance the cooperate image,can the railway transportation get more market share,can never be beaten in the fierce market competition.Railway transportation is the window of the socialist spiritual civilization construction,is the window of urban civilization construction.At the meantime,constructing well the cooperate image of railway passenger transportation well is the inevitable requirement of building "harmonious society and harmonious railway".This research mainly includes two parts.The first part is about the research of the cooperate image elements of railway passenger transportation.Firstly,review the related literature at home and abroad,do on-the-spot investigation and interviews,and then gain the ideal theoretical framework of the construction of the railway passenger transportation cooperate image.Secondly,according to the ideal theoretical framework,prepare cooperate image preliminary questionnaire of Chongqing railway.After a small scope of investigation to 248 passengers in Chongqing railway passenger transportation cooperate,through the subject's analysis and exploring factors analysis,find out that the railway passenger transportation cooperate image is composition of six public factors and three important image pillars.After eliminating some improper items,the formal survey questionnaire of passenger transportation cooperate image of Chongqing railway is formed.The second part is about investigation on the status quo of passenger transportation cooperate image of Chongqing railway. Do investigation in Chongqing North Station with the formal questionnaire.Distribute 520 questionnaires in all,take back 507 valid questionnaires finally.The recovery rate of valid questionnaire is 97.5%.Use statistical software SPSS13.0 to input,sort,analysis the collected data, and then gain the conclusions.At the end of the study,analyze the the results of statistical,try to find the shortcomings of passenger transportation cooperate image of Chongqing railway.Put forward the corresponding improvement measure after analyzing the shortcomings.The related conclusions of the research are as follows:1.The passenger transportation cooperate image of Chongqing railway is constructed by six factors:hardware image,staff image,safety image,timeliness image,service image,social image. The three important image pillars of Chongqing railway passenger transportation cooperate are service image,hardware image and staff image.2.The self-designed questionnaire about the passenger transportation cooperate image of Chongqing railway has acceptable reliability and validity,which can be used as the tool of testing railway passenger transportation cooperate image.3.In general,the passenger to Chongqing railway passenger transportation cooperate image is at a general level.According to the score height six dimensions are sequenced as:safety image＞timeliness image＞social image＞hardware image＞staff image＞service image,4.The overall evaluation which passengers assess the passenger transportation cooperate image of Chongqing railway don't exist significant differences in the aspects of source,age and income level,but exist significant differences in the aspects of gender,educational background and profession.Specifically,the evaluation of men is higher than women,the higher education the lower evaluation,the evaluation of military and civil servants is higher relatively and the evaluation of institutions staff and students is lower relatively.5.According to the research results of four parts,this study suggests that passenger transportation cooperate image of Chongqing railway should be promoted from several aspects as follow:strengthen service work to improve service image;strengthen the personnel quality to improve personnel image;provide the corresponding services according to different groups; implement the large acceleration to promote the overall adjustment;strengthen railway security to enhance safety image;perform social responsibility well to enhance social public image;make full use of media and publicity to propaganda cooperate image.
