Analysis And Countermeasure Of Innovation Situation For Medical Insurance Of Urban Workers Health

Medical security system is one important components of social security system.It plays an important role in county's health as well as in economic and social development,and is one of the nation's basic social economic systems.In briefly reviewing the history and status quo of China's urban workers and staff medical system and analyzing the problems of such system,based on which,this paper brings up the objective,and principle of reform of China's urban workers and staff medical system in a deeply and overall way.In this paper,the practice and reform of medical insurance system for Zhenjiang urban workers and as the main line,introducing the medical insurance system reform of the current situation and achievements in Zhenjiang City,and analyzing the problems of such system,based on which,then to address these issues the corresponding countermeasures,including:further improving the existing medical insurance system for urban workers and staff;building multi-level urban workers and staff medical system;deepening the reform of medicine purchase and salesystem;strengthening supervision of the health care system for urban workers and staff;improving the socialization and informatization of the management level of service,to promote the medical insurance system reform of Zhenjiang city in coordinate,healthy,steady and rapid development.
