Study On The Project Management Of Nonlinear Electrical Load Measurement

Project management theory,as research fruit of humanistic community area,is theoretic generalization on project management of the law of hands-on development and is the excellent harvest of innumerable project practice staff and theoretical researcher,which is active and beneficial effect on project management task.Basing on the science and technology projects of nonlinear electrical load measurement of Beijing Electric Power Company,the thesis adopts the method of theoretical and empirical study, represents systematically and deeply the management flow of projects of nonlinear electrical load measurement in detail,analyses the key procedures during the management flow,generalizes experiences and shortcomings which aims to standardize and optimize the project management flow and provide the reference for the following science and technology project management.
