Research On The Optimization Of Company A's Science And Technology Project Management

Since new century,the state promotes scientific and technological innovation strategy vigorously.And national ministries have introduced a series of policies to encourage companies to carry out scientific and technological innovation activities.Companies have become the subjects of technological innovation and it is that scientific and technological projects of government play a crucial role.With new normal of China's economy,it has been into speed change,structural optimization and dynamic conversion.Scientific and technological project management that is dominated by government is increasingly unable to adapt to the new normal.The gradual promotion for scientific and technological reformation has been carried out from the state to local,which requires that companies must carry out management reformation of scientific and technological projects from their own practice.They should improve innovation level and make the best of national policies and funds,and adapt to the new situation at the same time.This paper takes "A" company as an example,this paper analyzes their current problems,shortcomings and causes of project management.Combined with advanced management concepts and practices,this paper puts forward measures and recommendations for management improvement of scientific and technological projects.Conducted by project life cycle,specific measures are to straighten out the operation process,construct a matrix organizational structure and define responsible persons of the project and finance.This paper advises to carry out intellectual property rights,strengthen internal control of finance,encourage project staff,which will not only set up a scientific and technological management system that is suitable for "A" company,feasible and easy to cooperate,but also provide reference for scientific and technological project management of other medium-sized and small companies.
