Human Resources Allocation About Project Cluster Of Design Enterprise

This thesis described the definition of the project cluster and the types of the project cluster and how to build it;analyzed the status quo of the Design Enterprise's project management;discussed the status quo of resources research in the resource-constrained Project Scheduling Problem.For the existing management system's problems in distribution of human resources of the Design Enterprises,this thesis established a model of balanced allocation of human resources and a model of key human resources allocation which are prerequisite of the project cluster management theory.The allocation of human resources is the keystone for the resource's distribution of Design Enterprise,in a comparative analysis of common human resources allocation method on the basis of this paper,the option of using the ant colony algorithm design to achieve a balance of the allocation of human resources, and built on the basis of the resources configuration model for the analysis of the examples.
