The Study On Reservoir Migrant Allocation Optimization Based On Grey Incidence Decision-making Method

The development and utilization of hydropower project often make a large number of reservoirs emigrant.Resettlement is a critical factor in the success of the project, while selecting the immigration allocation area is one of the key aspects of the resettlement.This paper analyzed the natures and characteristics of the reservoir emigrant,introduced variety of resettlement modes,and focused on the advantages and disadvantages of agricultural resettlement mode and non-agricultural resettlement mode. This paper researched resettlement environmental capacity analysis methodology by development theory and produced resettlement capacity analysis index system.Based on resettlement environmental capacity analysis index system,this paper studied the index system which influences the migration allocation area.On the basis of the AHM determining the indexes weight,this paper utilized the Grey Correlation Decision-making model to optimize the immigration allocation area selecting,and finally verified the model through an actual case and the collected information of Jiang-ya reservoir migration.
