The Function Benefits And Its Electrovalence Compensation Mechanism Of Pumped Storage Power Station

Pumped storage power station is a kind of special power plant.It has many functions as peaking load regulation,frequency regulation,condenser operation, emergency reserve,black start,etc.pumped storage power station play an important role in safe and economical operation of the power system.Aim at the research on the function benefits of Pumped storage power station.First, this paper makes a qualitative analysis of static benefits and dynamic benefits of pumped storage power station.Second,the amount of coal consumption index and reliability index are selected,through demonstration analysis,the function benefits are calculated.Third,pricing and cost recovery mechanism of ancillary service provided by pumped storage power station are analysed.In the end,this paper discusses the now existing electric Price policy structure and its influence on function benefits compensation of Pumped storage power station.Base on this,A three-part electricity price system with consideration of the function benefit of Pumped storage power station is proposed.
