Fixed assets are the important material guarantee to maintain and improve the productivity of power enterprises,and take a great proportion in total assets;accordingly heavy repair and technical improvement project cost is an important factor which influences the operation result and the cash flow of power enterprises.Consequently, the research on project cost management of heavy repair and technical improvement of power enterprises is of great significance.In this thesis,aiming at the status of project cost management of heavy repair and technical improvement in power supply enterprises, based on internal and external research harvest,life cycle cost of heavy repair and technical improvement of fixed assets are special discussed respectively,convenient for power supply enterprises to improve project cost management process of heavy repair and technical improvement,reduce financial risk,and increase efficiency of capital and assets.
