Research On Financial Governance Structure And Financial Governance Efficiency Of China Private Listed Companies

Financial governance structure is the system arrangement for disposal of financial governance rights and the key factor to improve the financial governance efficiency. With the promotion of the market economy of our country,the role of private economic in national economy is outstanding day by day.The research on financial governance structure and financial governance efficiency of China private listed companies will supply useful ways for improving financial governance efficiency.Theoretical research and empirical research are combined in the paper.By the method of theoretical analysis,the paper systematically expounds on the relationship between the financial governance structure and the financial governance efficiency.By the method of empirical analysis,this research also studies the relationship between them,regarding the private listed companies as the research object.The results have shown that the capital structure and equity structure of the private listed companies will have obvious effect to the financial governance efficiency;the credit structure has no influence on it and finance organization structure has influence on it partly.At last,the dissertation has also put forward the corresponding improvement measures and schemes of listed companies of our country.
