The mainline of the Major Customer Service Project(MCSP) is to creat value for the major customers and to achieve mutual developments.Based on the customer investigation,the major customer' value chains were developed firstly.The organizational restructuring scheme centered on the major customer manager system was proposed in order to add customer value.By the organization restructuring,management innovation system will be formed. Then according to the characteristics of different customers,the customized differential service plans were given and corresponding business processes were redisgned.Upon the implementation of these plans supported by the modern marketing techniques,the objectives of MCSP will be reached,that is,to achieve the mutual development with major customers by market-oriented, customer-focused management. |
