Critical Path Method, Program Evaluation and Review Technique, Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique and Venture Evaluation and Review Technique are all representative network analysis methods. Stochastic Network Evaluation and Review Method, which the thesis studies, is the most comprehensive network planning method. It is efficiently scientific method, using simulation and imitation.This paper studies stochastic network evaluation technique is comprehensive network method. The stochastic network evaluation technique is the comparatively network planning technique. The stochastic network evaluation technique is an effective scientific method, based on stochastic network and computer simulation, successful application of concerning knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics, a supplement to management, decision-making, program evaluation and risk analysis. Stochastic Network Evaluation and Review Method is employed to confirm the risk factor and investment demanding, giving comprehensive review to undergoing program, plan, and system, providing foundation for scientific management and risk decision.The thesis introduces content of network technique method and common risk analysis method in management decision, summarizes the developing and modeling course of Stochastic Network model. The thesis put emphases on the logical structure of Stochastic Network, characteristic of structure of Stochastic Network in each phase, and node logic of network. The thesis expatiate on the employment of Stochastic Network by example, which war industry enterprise produce communication equipment for emergency purchase, to materialize the realism using of Stochastic Network Method in management field.
