The competition of the market is not only between single entrepreneurs,but also in the chains of supplying.The advantage of the supply chain depends on integrating the whole chain by sharing information and plans.So it can speed the chain,to reduce the cost, repetition as well as waste.Being as an important role of the whole chain,distributors take effects in the communication of manufacturers and customers.So the key factor of the whole chain is whether the market can share the accurate information immediately with manufacturers.This paper firstly introduces the present statement and the achievement of the administration and information sharing of supplying chains.Than it discusses the theories of supplying chain,quantitatively determines the value of sharing the information of supplying chains and related factors comparing and analysis cost of traditional chain and sharing chain to get the conclusion that sharing information reduces the total cost.It demonstrates the value of sharing information by the excess profit made by manufacturers and distributors.Sharing information is vital to supplying chain,but there are something in the way,too.At this point,this paper also explain how to inspire distributors share information with manufacturers actively,in order to improve the competitiveness of all the supplying chain through differential pricing models and order contracts models.After that, the some examples will be added to support the thesis.At last,this paper summary all the paper and look ahead.The study of this thesis combined property and quantity analysis method,and it makes this thesis more convincing.Based on doing a mount of research and analysis of the related literary works,this thesis uses the difference price mode,order contract mode,as well as combined of property and quantity method to do the study of the inspiration from the producer to the distributor.These are the innovations of the thesis and this thesis is different from the former studies which are just focus on value of information share.
