Research On The System Of Rural Public Goods Supply

Because of various economic and historical reasons, the farmers have become our country's biggest disadvantaged groups. So, in constructing harmonious society of our country, the farmers not only need the government to provide various policy support to them and help them to adapt to the principles of market economy and to get rid of poverty, but also need the government to the giving them the authentic national treatment. Only in this way can the farmers with equal status participate in the overall well-off society construction of our country. Among these issues, the successful resolution of public goods issue in rural area involves the resolution of "three agricultural problems". Accelerating the research on our country's rural public goods and improving the efficiency and level of supplying public goods becomes a very crucial and urgent task in the present economic system reform of our country and has great signification for our country's economic development and social progress.Based on the present situation of our country's rural public goods supply and started with change of supply institution, this thesis analyzes the structural reasons for our country's rural public goods supply system under the guidance of Marxist economic theories. This thesis, based on the public goods theories, makes the analysis with the western public goods theories for reference, combing normative analysis with empirical analysis and historical comparative analysis. This thesis adopts the way of integrating theory with practice and qualitative and quantitative analysis. Meanwhile, by use diversified institution model for reference, the thesis makes an systematic research on the perfecting our country's rural public goods supply system, and tries to construct a relatively perfect rural public goods supply system, which owns an overall requirement of rural development, prosperity, rural prosperity and peasant's richness, and urban and rural harmonious development, and has an purpose of giving the fanners the real national treatment and improving the total quantity and efficiency of rural public goods supply.
