The Impaction Of Rural Laborers' Human Capital To Life Satisfaction

The urban residentialization process of rural laborers is highly connected with the quality of urbanization in our country. When constructing the socialistic harmonic society, we should concern the social members' own feeling besides the economic indexes. As the important group during our society development, people should pay much more attention to the following problems that how to improve their subjective happiness and mental health of rural laborers.The capability approach conception provides us a new view and method to recognize, evaluate and analyze the rural laborers problem more completely and deeply. Working and being engaged in business in city is one of the functioning activities for them to acquire the "reasonable cherishing life" and expression of their capability approach. Every kind of problems and phenomenons within the urbanization of rural laborers is just one manifestation of the low level and restricted capability approach in real society.The capability approach can be enhanced through improving the social arrangement and advancing the natural endowment. But in fact, the former needs more time and extra power to promote while the latter possesses much more flexibility and autonomy. While the human capital is the important component part of self natural endowment. As a result we build the logit model of between human capital and life satisfaction based on the data drown from the investigation on urban rural laborers' life quality of Zhejiang Province in 1996 by the statistical bureau to observation impaction of rural laborers by the human capital stocking.The results show that the impact of health and training is significant on satisfaction while the schooling above secondary education is negative. Finally we suggest that we should concern on the healthy status of rural laborers by increasing the self health protect consciousness in one hand and speeding up the reform of medical insurance system in another hand. What's more, we should reinforce the direction of education training, the skills acquired from the training organization should can be helpful to fit the career and life. The aimless education may make it excessive.
