Study On Investment Strategy Of Equipment Manufacturing Projects In SIIC

The People's Government of ShaanXi Province comfirms SIIC as the investment platform using the policy-oriented soft loan of China Development Bank and the governmental investment platform of equipment manufacture. The main research purpose of this paper is that, under the new situation, in accordance with determinate leading investment direction, how to form their own investment strategy that using China Development Bank's policy soft loan and guiding social fund to promote the equipment industrial development of ShaanXi province.This paper carries on comparative analysis to advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of SIIC, on the basis of the introduction of historical evolution, current situation and existing problems of the state-owned investment corporations, in connection with internal and external environmental changes confronted SIIC at present, using SWOT analysis model at first. Secondly, on the basis of conscientious analyse of the business in equipment manufacturing investment strategy in SIIC, learning from the successful experience of succeed corporations both at home and abroad, using enterprise investment, investment deicision, industry organization and other multi-disciplinary theories and views, this paper combines with the author's personal work and experience in the state-owned investment company to solve the practial problem and it also propses the design of equipment manufacturing investment strategy in SIIC from many respects, such as the aim, the principle, the content and the the implementation steps, adopting the method of combination of document study, comparative study, case study. At the same time, according to investment ability, finacing ability and development strategy, this paper points a number of enterprises that need to pay more attention and follow. And linking up the actual finaning requirements of every key enterprise, SIIC's next main investment orientation and potential investment projects are confirmed, and SIIC's equipment manufacturing investment strategy is worked out, in accordanc with implementing step by step and inputing in phases. Finally, this paper examines the interior or exterior coordinative measures that ensure investment strategy can be implemented, in order to solve the main problems in SIIC's actual investment at present.This paper studies partial common problem of the state-owned investment corporations in China, aimed at finding an investment strategy system adapted to the reform of China's investment and financing system and the needs of market economy for SIIC. And then it provides the reference for the state-owned investment corporations in China choosing the investment strategy.
