The grain stored for state is an important material method to regulate grain market, which is a strategic material related security of national politics and economy. Under the condition of non-complete marketability management, it is vital to the State Grain Reserves Yiyang Depot subordinated to China Grain Reserves Corporation (Sinograin) for discussing how to unit the members of organization, promote the efficiency of organization and achieve the goal of organization, which is a legal entity taking the way of independent calculation and undertaking responsibility for own profit and loss. With the deepening reform and open policy and development of the enterprise, the construction of enterprise culture is receiving the attention from social community for several years. More and more enterprises realized that the construction of enterprise culture has the very important influence on the enterprises for the survival and development, especially for sustainable development and healthy development. The paper is the memoir that just discusses about the improving culture of enterprise subordinated storehouse.This paper follows the principle of objectivity and feasibility. First, it carries on the analysis on the culture of enterprise subordinated storehouse for Yiyang as the object of study, which is based on the theory and method of enterprise ethics and uses the theory of subject for management science and economic with synthesis, etc. It points out the importance and the necessity for the application to the organization manages to enterprise culture. Then, this paper reviews and states present situation of culture in enterprise subordinated storehouse for Yiyang, making a three dimensional analysis on enterprise culture and inducting the experience and insufficiency of under the construction enterprise culture based on research analysis above. The conclusion follows: Since 2003, the work efficiency, the staff sensation and the approval of related benefit have been positively related to the construction of enterprise culture. The enterprise has achieved the great work achievement. The social image has been growing along with days passed, and it received the affirmation and the approval from public.But, there are some insufficiencies, such as the fuzzy staff sensation to organization idea, the existence of phenomenon on execution of enterprise principle short of dynamics, the complete flow mechanism of human resource which has not been formed, lacks of the organization and agency for construction of enterprise culture, abstract management inspection among the departments, the non-standard business procedure, etc. Finally this paper proposes the counter measures and the suggestion to improvement of enterprise culture.
