Founded in 1985, XOCECO (Xiamen Overseas Chinese Electronic CO., Ltd.) is one of the main manufactures of China color TV industry, and engaging in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of color TV. With more than 20 years of continued effort and rapid development, XOCECO has grown up to a mid-scale size manufacturer, which share a high reputation in the color TV industry due to its excellent performance of R&D team. Now, flat panel TV grows rapidly, all color TV manufacturers are trying their best to get more shares. The competition is very fierce, especially after the foreign manufactures engaging in the competition by lowering price. Under the new situation, XOCECO has to solve two core problems, (1) how to keep on holding company's competitive advantages to resist the external rivals' threats; (2) how to enhance the company's internal management level to ensure the company run effectively.The XOCECO company's external and internal environment are analyzed in this paper. The former includes a five forces model analysis, detail competitor analysis and market characteristics analysis, The later includes a analysis of business, sales, R&D, manufacture, quality and human resource. Also, the paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of XOCECO company, as well as the opportunities and threats which might be made by the environment. Then, the paper put forward a suitable competition strategy and the corresponding implementations for XOCECO company.
